Specific Requirements Vary based on the Course selected. Please see individual Course descriptions for requirements. You can also schedule a enrollment interview via in-person or MS Teams for guidance.
What Documents do I need to Enroll?
Specifically, you will need a Current/Valid US Passport or Official Birth Certificate, and Driver's License. If you are not a US Citizen, you will have to go through FTSP process to obtain your authorization to flight train.

Unless your Primary Physician is also an AME (Aviation Medical Examiner), they will not be able to provide you with a valid FAA Medical Certificate.

Can I Enroll into a Sport Pilot Program?

I already have Books & Materials purchased Previously. Can I use them instead of purchasing your Books & Materials?
For our Accelerated Fast Track Programs, we are required to use Gleim Aviation's Kit as our 1 on 1 Ground School is conducted under Part 141. However, if you are enrolled in our Part Time Program, you may use your older materials for Self-Study but please note that we will still use Gleim Aviation's Syllabus. It is highly advisable that you obtain up to date information than to rely on older materials as regulations, airspace, technology, etc changes.
How many Students are assigned to an Instructor?
This varies depending on Instructor's qualification (CFI, CFII, MEI) and their approval (Part 61 only or Part 141). For Accelerated Full Time Students, we assign up to 2 Students per Instructor at a time.
Could I mix and match Part Time and Full Time Training?
Per specific Course, you are either Full Time or Part Time. You are welcome to schedule your flights as much as you want with your Instructor based on your classification.
What is the Difference between Part Time, Full Time, and Career Track Programs?
Part Time: An instructor will be assigned multiple Part Time Students at a time. You can schedule your next flights for the next week (one week at a time).
Full Time: An instructor will be assigned not more than 2 Students at a time. You can schedule your entire Certificate or Rating.
Career Track: Same as Full Time but if you are in class at least 4 days per week, 8 hours per day for the entire program, we offer a free Multi Instrument Commercial Add On program at the end.
How often are Classes Held?
We do not offer Classroom based training but rely on 1 on 1 training. Therefore, you may start at any time we have availability.
How are 1 on 1 Ground Schools Run?
Our Ground School classes are held in 1 of 3 classrooms in our facility. An Instructor will have various methods of explaining terminology, theory, and practical information to students.

Each lesson, our Instructor will explain the information and answer any questions from students. At end of each class, a test will be assigned to students which will need to be completed prior to next lesson. Additionally, Stage tests and End of Course tests will be given which will determine your graduation eligibility.

We do not provide books or other materials for you to study by yourself and hope for the best. Our Instructors will guide you through the materials and explain so that you have full understanding of the information required.

Flight Training Programs FAQ

I have flight time but cannot finish where I am, can I finish training with you?
YES and NO. It will depend on your ability to fly and how much knowledge you have to pass your checkride.

We recommend that you take a lesson with your Instructor so that he/she can gauge your skill level. Then, a timeline can be considered for you to finish up your Certificate or Rating.

Additionally, even if you have taken your Knowledge Exam, we do not know your knowledge level. Therefore, a Mock Checkride is definitely required before we schedule your checkride.
What are the differences between your various Programs?
The differences are based on your scheduling priority. Part Time students can reserve training a week at a time. While Full Time students will be scheduled for their entire Certificate or Rating at the beginning of their training. However, Full Time students are REQUIRED to be in class at least 4 days per week, 8 hours per day or they will be re-categorized as Part Time student.

Career Track program provides a FREE* Multi Instrument Commercial Add On at the end of the Program in entirety. But the student must be in Full Time standing at all times to quailfy.
If I am a Part Time student, does that mean I cannot fly often?
No, as a Part Time student, you can schedule your flight training with your instructor in one week increments. This is due to higher scheduling priority given to our Full Time and Career Track students that have limited time to finish.
Why is your Instrument Rating Course Part 141?
As Part 141 Instrument Rating Course foregoes the 50 Hours of XC necessary for Part 61, we have designed all of our courses to utilize this method. However, if you come to us with the necessary 50 Hours of XC logged, we can provide Part 61 Instrument Rating to you.
I am a Veteran. Can I use my VA Benefits to train with you?
First of all, thank you very much for your Service. But unfortunately, we gave up our Authorization with VA. We would honesly recommend that you enroll in a Community College or University Based programs.
Do you Accept International Students?
